bird infestation at st marco’s square….
st marco’s square is the centre of attraction in venice. it’s where jay chou had his mtv shooted anyway….
there’s a restaurant/cafe alongside the square where one can sit down, relax, and enjoy the coffee while counting the pigeons…
DID I MENTION THAT THERE WERE ALOT OF PIGEONS IN THIS SQUARE??
amazed by the sheer number of pigeon available, alot of the tourist started taking photos…enjoying the feeling of being surrounded by a whole background of pigeons…
when they see food in your hands, they will start to flock around you…
you get happy when the pigeons fly to eat the seeds you feed them in your hand. you feel as if you are the goddess of nature or something like that…you think you are "one " with the birds
…
you are quickly waken up from your dreams when one of pigeon started pecking your head…
and then you get really annoyed when the other pigeons decided to attack your face together….finally realising that pigeons are not as cute as it seems after all….
below is a middle-aged man who prefer to spend his lunch time with the birds…
cool huh….
but seriously….i have nv seen so many pigeons in my entire life before….not even in the bird park in singapore….(obviously)….and i doubt i’ll ever see so many pigeons again….
