This is a list of the world’s most expensive cities according to the Mercer Human Resource Consulting 2006 Cost of Living Survey [1] . Various factors enter in to a city’s cost-of-living price, such as monetary value, consumer confidence, investment, and interest rates, among others.

u see, 2 largest cities in russia has occupy top in most expensive cities in the world. who says living in russia is cheap??

so how can jpa give so little money to the scholars in russia and so much to uk, aus, or even czech??? not fair!!

dude… u shd take ur case 2 jpa… seriously, present the facts to them… even if it doesnt work, it’s worth a shot! damn… i’m still in the 17th most expensive city in th world!

eh wait… how much does it cost to stay in nichzny novgrad? its not on the list leh… mebbe it wouldnt work if u nt to jpa lor…

but it’s russia ma….almost the same….maybe less abit…
coz they do survey only at the main cities of the world ma…

how low can the expenses be if it is alomost the same as the most expensive country in the world??

Well you see, the allowance given to czech student is just an early estimation cause its the first batch of student to go there. So what will happen to the allowance after 3 months is still a mystery. We all hope to have high allowance. Hope JPA will increase yours soon.

Hahaha! Khai lip ah, don’t complain so much la. Your tuition fees are paid for already. Ask you parents give u like USD100 a month to top up the amount JPA gives u lor. But USD500 a month (so I was told)? Not enough? What do u buy ah? :)

We Private Students didn’t complain leh. And not everyone gets USD500 a month la, boy. Haiyo.. Next time earn your own money and can spend like hell ma :)
