dinner seafood buffet at equatorial hotel
i ffk daryl yesterday. in stead of going to jonker street with him, i went to dinner buffet with my mom at equatorial hotel. it was a bbq seafood buffet at "the rest house"…
it’s been a while since i’ve seen so many FRESH seafood…maklumlah, russia mana ada FRESH food….
the oyster and prawns was fresh, but the crabs (which is my favourite) is a little too small.
i like the way they put their food on small plates, glasses, spoons, and cup. makes the food look so interesting…
and they grill the seafood and meat on the spot….the lamb chop is esp tasty after grilled…yummmyyy…
and the desserts are very tasty too….and well decorated…but too bad my body size don allow me to eat all of them. so i just took one bite of each…:p
they serve fruit, soup and ice cream too…
the main dishes for the day was steamed rice with vege which lookedlike fried rice, glass noodles, japanese tofu with mushrooms +crabmeat (but i only see the mushroom), spaghetti with beef+chicken sauce, deep fried fish fillet with some pepper( the best of all), crabs in green curry,sambal sotong berkacang,some mixed vege, fish head curry etc….
the even have s sushi bar where the "sifu" make them there and then for the customers…
now that is what i call life man!
