“blood red chrystrawmum compote”
ingredients:
frozen/ fresh strawberry
chrysanthemum flower
water
sugar
lemon slice (for decoration)
methodology:
it’s very simple. put everything in a pot and boil it….till the water turns blood red. cool it and put in the fridge. can be served hot/cold. i personally prefer cold.
